Position: Customer Advisor
Location: Onsite for the 1st 8 weeks then Hybrid. Working 2 days in the office.
Site: Located in Cardiff - CF15 7QU
Salary: £11.44ph
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: 09:00 - 17:00 with 30 minutes lunch (unpaid) and 2x 15 minutes breaks (paid). Some flexibility may be required to work until 17:15.

Role Overview: We are looking for Customer Services advisors to support customers with general inquiries. A mixture of inbound and outbound calls from and to customers of one of our clients, Stellantis Financial Services, working on the Vauxhall portfolio.
All candidates will be in the office for the first 8 weeks which will encompass classroom training and graduation bay - after that you will move to hybrid. All the necessary kit and equipment for the role is provided by the client and we are situated on the client site in Parc Nantgarw, Treforest, Cardiff CF15 7QU.
As a result of the hybrid model post-graduation, candidates must be local/commutable distance to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping and supporting customers mainly with balances outstanding that are 0-30 days old. Some cases can be 31-60 days old.
2. Changes to account details.
3. Discussions about their finance agreement, termination of contract, taking payments, calculating settlement figures, re-financing, the setting up of new direct debits.
4. Following up actions and further supporting customers.
5. Handling approximately 50-55 calls per day with an average call handling time of 5.5 to 6 minutes.
6. Post-call admin time to wrap up the call and action any customer requests. No sales, but you are asked to promote a satisfaction survey and the online management tool to customers.
Hybrid Working Model: You will work a hybrid model post-training and graduation; the hybrid model is a minimum 40/60 split - 40% office and 60% home (equates to a minimum of 2 days in the office).
Key Skills:
1. Strong Communication skills
2. Contact centre experience, at least 12 months experience
3. Customer Service experience
4. Previous finance experience (preferable but not essential)
5. Listening skills
6. Working to targets
7. Self-motivated (needed to work to targets)
8. Ability to react and adapt to different customers' needs and challenges.
9. Resilience
10. IT / Computer literate
11. Not adverse to change
12. Ability to work as a team and individually
