The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join Vuba as a HR and Recruitment Administrator. In this role, you will support senior management with the recruitment process by pre-screening candidates and assisting with HR duties. You will play a key role within the HR Team and have the opportunity to progress your career within HR & Recruitment:
As a HR and Recruitment Administrator at Vuba, you will:
* Review incoming resumes and effectively screen them.
* Create shortlists of the best candidates by pre-screening.
* Arrange in-person interviews with the relevant managers.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Liaise with line managers to understand the requirements for open roles and write effective job adverts.
* Undertake appraisals, disciplinaries, and performance reviews.
* Help with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
* Maintain and update employee records and databases.
* Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
* Perform any other ad hoc duties.
You will be a great fit for Vuba because you will have:
* Good time management skills, as you may have multiple roles live concurrently.
* Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with managers and colleagues.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Previous experience as a HR Administrator is advantageous but not essential.
Based in Beverley, the working hours are 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm Fridays.
Salary and Benefits:
* £24,500 - £27,000
