You will be a Senior Designer with a background in office interior design to be considered for this role.
The primary objectives of the role will be to develop creative and viable design solutions. The key responsibilities include:
1. Lead new business appointments with Account Managers.
2. Develop client briefs and user requirements.
3. Confidently pitch to clients and professional teams, developing successful strategies to sell design schemes or ideas.
4. Assist in generating a focused win strategy.
5. Conduct all client interactions in a professional manner with adequate preparations.
6. Create tailored concept designs in response to client needs.
7. Generate first-class design presentations/submissions.
8. Co-ordinate with estimating to develop overall budgets in line with the scheme.
9. Select, shape, and record the selection of suitable products.
10. Generate construction drawing packages.
