We are looking to hire a full-time, motivated, Assembly Technician to enhance our team! The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly of Gravely, Kubota, Mahindra, Husqvarna, Land Pride, CFMOTO, and Takeuchi products, mainly consisting of tractors, lawnmowers, ATVs & UTVs, attachments, implements, parts, and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements. This position requires mechanical and technical ability to assist in the teardown and rebuild of tractors.

Responsibilities:
* Basic setup and assembly of tractors and other units: attach all equipment needed per customer request.
* Complete online parts orders needed to finish tractor builds.
* Ability to determine problems and figure out solutions.
* Must be able to operate or learn to operate a forklift to move material around in the assembly area.
* Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
* Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipment.
* Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
* Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
* Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Diesel mechanic experience preferred.
* Service Technician experience required.
* Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
* Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
* Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
* Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
* Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
* Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
