Create reports for functions to improve performance in key areas Analyse shipments failing through LHR/EMA HUB and provide managerial level reports into these failures Involvement with ad-hoc projects as required and as directed by line management. Review operational processes with a primary focus on improving efficiencies & quality. Provide analytical expertise and reporting services for operational key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
