We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales advisor to join a thriving team at a leading company What You’ll Do as an Internal Sales Advisor: Proactively drive internal sales by generating quotes, processing orders, and upselling building materials, tools, and supplies to contractors, builders, and trade professionals. Follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximise sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business. Manage customer enquiries efficiently, providing expert product advice to ensure a smooth internal sales experience. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals. Strong product knowledge of building materials, tools, and supplies (or a willingness to learn quickly). A results-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced internal sales environment.
