Job Description We are currently partnering with an established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in South London, who are recruiting for Retrofit Assessors & Coordinators to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is an RICS registered consultancy who deliver project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, retrofit, fire safety and principal designer services to all areas of the construction and property industry.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,000 – £45,000 and the start date is on notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings
Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients
Delivering retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal support
Maintaining and managing relationships with installers and builders
Providing administrative support to the delivery of projects
Supporting others to maintain appropriate client confidentially at all times in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
