Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Remote
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
As a Workshop Tutor you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshop delivery, training and support to adult learners pursing apprenticeships in the field of Early Years and Residential Childcare. So if you have the energy, experience and unique edge to facilitate engaging and impact workshops and guide learners through the entire journey we want to hear from you.
Role requirements
. Create a supportive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
. Employ a variety of teaching techniques and instructional methods catering to all accessibility and learning needs
. Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices progress and understanding
. Participate in the curriculum development of interactive, impactful and engaging learning materials
. Work flexibly and deliver evening workshops as required
.Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures
*please note although this is a remote based role due to GDPR you'll need to be based in the UK
What we need from you.
. Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in English and maths
. Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Residential Childcare
. Level 3 Training qualification
. Extensive experience working within Early Years or Residential Childcare sector
. Experience working at a supervisory level
. Experience of facilitating learning and engaging adults
. Excellent knowledge of Early Years practices, regulations and standards
. Ability to travel and attend in person meetings and 1:1s
