Delivery Manager - Secondment Opportunity
This is a Fixed Term Contract opportunity until November 2025.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be a part of our exciting new operating model and will help shape how we build capabilities through the software product development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for building this capability in partnership with your colleagues in Product and Engineering and fostering and nurturing a test and learn mindset across VMO2. You will be accountable for the coordination and alignment of Digital initiatives which deliver across both product and programme led activity across the CIO operating model and beyond. You will need to be hands-on and goal-oriented with proven experience across agile delivery practice. Success in this role means that you must be able to think strategically and effectively develop key processes that facilitate planning and execution. This position requires cross-functional coordination at all levels and the ability to manage in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Delivered technical/digital projects, specifically with mobile app, working within constraints, meeting outcomes and driving business value
2. Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast paced environment
3. Experience in coaching teams in agile ways of working and mentoring others whilst leading teams via influence and persuasion
4. Proven experience in working for a fast-paced product-led tech business
5. Experience managing third-party supplier relationships
6. Have strong commercial acumen and experience in structuring delivery within a framework that clearly augments the financial and operational goals of the team
7. You must be ready to start work immediately

2. Be confident at presenting concepts and ideas to a wide range of contributors
3. Experience working alongside senior stakeholders
4. Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate well whilst doing so
