Role Overview:
As a Charity Retail Till & Sort Room Volunteer in our Sudbury Sue Ryder charity shop, you will be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our charity work.
Responsibilities:
1. Meet donors, receive donations, and sign donors up to Gift Aid.
2. Sort, label, and price stock.
3. Greet and assist customers.
4. Serve customers on the till (training provided).
5. Maintain shop displays and re-stock.
6. Perform light cleaning/tidying duties to keep the shop inviting and well presented.

As a Charity Retail Till & Sort Room Volunteer, you will:
1. Enjoy helping and engaging with customers.
2. Be enthusiastic and pro-active.
3. Have the ability to work as part of a team.
4. Be reliable.
