I am currently seeking skilled and experienced Lining/Patching Engineers to join my client, a leading and experience drainage contractor, within the London area. Key Responsibilities of the Lining/ Patching Engineers: Perform trenchless pipe lining services to repair damaged or deteriorated pipes without the need for excavation. Use CIPP or other lining techniques to rehabilitate both small and large diameter drainage pipes. Ensure precise preparation, installation, and curing of liner materials for long-lasting repairs. Carry out drain patching to address localized damage in pipes, restoring structural integrity without full pipe replacement. Assess the condition of drainage systems to determine the need for patching and lining, providing expert recommendations to clients. Conduct CCTV surveys of drainage systems to identify issues such as cracks, leaks, blockages, and other damage that may require patching or lining. Analyze CCTV footage to determine the best course of action for repair and rehabilitation. The successful Lining/ Patching Engineers will possess the following: Relevant certifications or qualifications in drainage, civil engineering, or a related field (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds in Drainage). Hands-on experience with patching systems, tools, and materials. Experience with trenchless technologies, particularly CIPP lining and other modern pipe rehabilitation techniques. Proven experience in drainage repair, including pipe lining, patching, and CCTV inspections. In return, the successful Lining/ Patching Engineers will receive: 20 days holiday, plus bank holiday (opportunity to earn 3 extra days). Option for overtime (rates dependant on what days). £150 for the best monthly customer service feedback. £5 per positive customer service feedback received. £750 attendance bonus for 2 days off or less per year.
