Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including physical examinations and medical histories.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety within the healthcare setting.
Requirements
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* 6 Months work experience within UK NHS standards essential.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
* Proven experience in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
What We Offer:
Excellent Pay Rates:
Days: £22 P/H
Nights & Saturdays: £27 P/H
Sundays & Bank Holidays: £33 P/H
