Detailed job description and main responsibilities General nursing duties and setting up of clinics. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, maintaining infection control policies. Supporting our nursing team to provide a high standard of care. Assisting with procedures and treatments, preventing patient harm. Documentation (written and electronic). Attending and contributing to staff meetings and audit. Keeping up to date with mandatory training. Completing patient's observations. Being involved in the admission & discharge processes. Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care qualification / BTEC Level 3 in Health and Social Care / Care Certificate completed including the required clinical competencies.
