JOB PURPOSE:
To assist the Assistant Director Building Safety and Senior Building Safety Managers in developing digital technology solutions linked to the Asset Management IT System. This is a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing innovative digital solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The postholder will work with cross functional teams to ensure compliance information is accurate and managed in accordance with Data Governance requirements. The person will manage a team to coordinate all data collection, analysis and reporting on behalf of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a Computer Science/Data Management/Statistics or other highly numerate science discipline PLUS 2 years' relevant experience*
2. OR
3. ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Computer Science/Data Management/Statistics or other highly numerate science PLUS 3 years' relevant experience*
4. OR
5. iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience* working within an information/data management discipline
*Relevant Experience must include data management experience within a property/estate management field.
