Summary
We are looking for an organised and energetic individual, that will form part of our team. To provide administration support day to day to team members and will actively ensure the highest levels of customer care are delivered. The role includes data entry, making calls, invoicing, filing.
Wage
£15,704 a year
£6.40 per hour, from 1st April it will be £7.55 per hour. Annual wage is based on 40 hours, and working hours will be discussed in more detail if successful.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The role entails a broad range of administrative duties to enable timely and appropriate servicing of all our clients:
* To work with Local Authorities and upload properties under the Private Sector Leasing contract (PSL)
* Input property repairs and assign jobs to the Maintenance Team
* Arrange appointments with tenants for repairs to be undertaken
* Produce Landlord repairs invoices
* Produce Tenancy Agreements and Leases for both Tenants and Landlords
* Maintain various filing systems including VAT expense
* Monitor tenant rental payment and chase up rental arrears
* Produce property inventories
* Provide assistance to the Accounts Manager
* Prepare Landlord Rent Accounts
* Contact utility companies and provide tenant information for registration
* Contact prospective and existing landlords for letting and sales listings
* Contact prospective clients/ Leads
* Maintain company databases
* Prepare client letters
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients both by telephone and face to face

Course contents
* Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages. Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem. Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
* Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals. Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management. Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work. Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures. Coaches others in the processes required to complete these tasks.
* Exercises proactivity and good judgement. Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way. Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
* Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation. Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately. Becomes a role model to peers and team members, developing coaching skills as they gain area knowledge.
* Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Uses the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively. Your training plan
* Full training in all aspects of the business will be provided and we will work alongside Davidson Training UK Limited our Training Provider in delivering off-the-job training leading to a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
* All training is carried out within the workplace during working hours.
* You will also work towards maths and English Functional Skills at Level 2 (if you do not hold the equivalent)
