The Talent Set is delighted to be working with an amazing charity as they search for a Project Coordinator to support them for an exciting 21 month project.
You help us launch an exciting art trail across North Kent, working closely with the project manager to deliver the trail in the summer of 2026
Collaborate with corporate sponsors, artists, community groups, and schools—to ensure the trail’s success. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact while working on a high-profile, community-focused event.
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to play a vital role in the successful delivery of our Wild in Art sculpture trail. This role will involve managing artist engagement, providing essential administrative support, assisting with event planning and fundraising activities, and ensuring effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Key experience needed:
* Proven experience in assisting with the planning and delivery of large-scale, impactful events.
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the organisation professionally at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Creative and resilient approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Access to a vehicle and a valid driving license with business insurance.
Salary: £25,959 (pro-rata)
Hours: Part-time - 30 hours per week (21 month fixed term contract)
Hybrid working offered across various locations in North Kent
