As a Workforce Transformation Specialist, you will: Lead and deliver strategic workforce transformation initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Design and implement operating models that align workforce capabilities with business objectives. Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while enhancing workforce effectiveness. Collaborate with clients to assess their current workforce structures, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions. Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the team’s expertise. Requirements needed - A strong background in management consulting, with a focus on workforce transformation, operating model design, and cost optimisation. Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to implementation. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
