We are eager to recruit a Nurse passionate about older people's mental health and quality service delivery and care. The postholder will work with the wider MDT, internal and external stakeholders including care homes and families to support those who are experiencing a crisis and present with behaviours which challenge within their own environments.
The post holder will clinically support our service users and the team working with older people who have a mental health diagnosis or dementia to get their needs met in a proactive manner.
The successful candidate will be experienced working with older people with mental health needs and or dementia.

Main duties of the job
The care home and outreach teams are currently undergoing a period of transformation, we therefore seek someone who is not only passionate about working with older people who have a mental health condition or have been diagnosed with dementia and are currently presenting with behaviours which challenge but also passionate about driving forward quality care.
