About the role
EPNE Training is the adult skills (19+) training brand of Education Partnership North East (EPNE), delivering a proactive, high-quality response to strategic skills priorities, industry and workforce needs all year round across the Northeast.
* To train and support adult learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours within a wide range of sector-based workforce skills.
* Maintain and assess a caseload of learners, completing the assessment of work in a timely manner and agreeing action plans leading to successful outcomes.
* Collaborate with the Programme Lead to design, develop schemes of learning, lesson plans, learning materials and assessment plans for online learning.
* To ensure compliance with the end-to-end learner journey and the requirements of the appropriate qualification, funding body, awarding organisations and the college.
* To support the quality assurance and quality improvement processes, maintaining our high percentages of achievement and retention across all programmes.
* To undertake any other duties as may be deemed to be commensurate with the grade of the post and any other related activities that impact on learning effectiveness.
About the Candidate
You must possess an A1, V1 or TAQA 301 or 401 Assessor award and a L3 qualification in one or more of the following subject areas as well as L2 qualifications in maths and English:
* Construction
* Advanced Manufacturing
* Business Improvement
* Health & Safety
* Sustainability and Transition to Net Zero
* Leadership and Management
* Housing
You need to be occupationally competent as well as having experience of classroom and blended training delivery to adults.
