What you will be doing and why it matters We’re embarking on a major enterprise initiative to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud into our business operations — creating a single, unified platform for customer engagement, data insight, and commercial enablement. This is a large and complex program for Iglu, delivered in close partnership with an external delivery partner and involving deep coordination with multiple internal functions. It’s a transformational change, and we need a Project Manager who can lead with confidence, clarity, and control. This isn’t just another CRM upgrade — it’s a core transformation initiative that will shape how Iglu engages with its customers and operates its commercial engine. You’ll be at the centre of a change that touches nearly every team in the business. Who will I be working with? Directly with our Salesforce delivery partner and their consultants Internal teams spanning engineering, data, sales, marketing, and operations Report to the Director of Engineering with close alignment to executive sponsors Liaise with architecture and product teams for technical and business context What You’ll Be Doing Own end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce integration program Manage the relationship with 3rd-party vendors, integrators, and Salesforce consultants Coordinate across internal teams (IT, marketing, sales, ops) to align milestones and business needs Track and manage delivery plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and change requests Run governance: stand-ups, steering meetings, status updates Ensure alignment between Salesforce technical delivery and broader business outcomes What we are looking for Strong experience delivering large enterprise software programs Proven track record of managing third-party vendors and system integrators Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce projects, or similar CRM/MarTech platform integrations Excellent communication and stakeholder management at multiple levels Highly organised, delivery-focused, and calm under pressure
