About the Role
Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager to join our team at St Albans Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art fitness centre.
As a Building Services Engineer, you will have a good understanding of electrical systems and experience in maintaining building management systems. You will also have a strong background in emergency lighting testing, PAT (Portable Appliance Testing), water hygiene, and other compliance areas. Your excellent technical skills and hands-on experience will enable you to operate an effective preventative maintenance programme.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in electrical engineering (to 17th edition or equivalent) and be able to lead by example, inspiring your colleagues to strive for constant improvement. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all queries and issues are dealt with securely and effectively, using our electronic CAFM system.

* Maintain everything from our swimming pools to our mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
