Known for delivering high-quality projects, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account/Office Manager, on a part time basis, to support our growing team. Role Overview:
As an Account/Office Manager, you will be the backbone of operations, handling daily tasks to keep the office running smoothly. You’ll assist the team with scheduling, documentation, and project administration, providing crucial support across various departments.
Experience with working with SAGE 50 is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
* Prepare and maintain purchase orders, project documents, records, and correspondence.
* Reconcile bank accounts weekly, and support with invoicing, budget tracking, and other finance-related tasks.
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project progress.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates.

The salary will be £25,000 to £28,000 (pro rata) - depending on experience and location. Hourly rate contract could also be arranged.
