Compensation: $70-85k
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, server, and network administration
* Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
* Work closely with the sales team to design solutions and provide client recommendations
* Maintain and document client service interactions through Autotask
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and security protocols
* Proficiency in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Experience with RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne) and PowerShell scripting
