SEN Teaching Assistant - Ware

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position, where the successful candidate will provide 1-1 support to children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a solid understanding of SEN, alongside a strong desire to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SEN children, providing tailored 1-1 support.
- Help students overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
- Support learning activities and ensure an inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting.
- Solid understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt to individual learning styles.
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- A genuine desire to help children and young adults with additional needs achieve their full potential.
- Must be able to drive due to the location and requirements of the role.
