Our client is a global manufacturing organisation with ambitious growth plans within their UK business. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in West Berkshire. The role itself is highly varied, a nice mix of leading and developing a strategy and then the implementation of said strategy. You will lead a small team of buyers, manage supplier relationships, and look to increase productivity and lower costs where able. Internal stakeholder relationships are key in this role; you will be tasked to work cross-functionally to drive the organisation in the right direction.

Ideally, you will come from a similar role within the manufacturing industry. You will be a commercially astute individual who can lead teams effectively, with a demonstrable history in recruiting, developing, and nurturing talent. Excellent communication is a must, both internally and externally, with the ability to negotiate. You will be a self-starter who is ambitious and takes immense pride in their work.
