Craig has been supported by MacIntyre at one of our shared homes in Leicester for some time. He is about to move into his own home in Narborough. He will live alone here supported by a team of Support Workers. Like all people about to embark on a big change, he is bound to be feeling both excited and nervous. You and the team will help to make the transition as smooth as possible and support him through the challenges in adapting to his new environment. What would you be doing? Support doesn't just mean helping with household chores and cleaning. It is about understanding what he really enjoys doing and making that happen. Craig loves to be out and about and has a real passion for the countryside. He enjoys long walks down by the river and his favourite way to enjoy nature is during his fortnightly horse riding sessions. The right applicant will be fit and fun, ready to explore the area and support him to enjoy his favourite established groups and activities. This is a male only position. Full time hours are 37.5 per week as part of a rota. Day shifts are 7:00 - 3:00 and 2:45 - 10:00.
