Office/hybrid social worker needed in an Adult Assessment and Care Management Team. The candidate will need experience and must be fully qualified and registered with Social Care Wales. Duties include: assessment and reviewing care plans, court work, safeguarding enquiries, and providing duty support to the team alongside other duties directed by management.
You must have:
1. A professional qualification in social work
2. Social Work England registration
3. Enhanced DBS/Update service
4. References required for the last 5 years of employment
