Our service in Parsons Cross comprises of 8 single purpose built flats, providing a relaxed and comfortable home for individuals with a variety of health needs, including Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service needs people who are team players and can inspire individuals with a learning disability to remain independent. No one day is the same and duties will vary from support with day to day living, to supporting individuals to attend doctors' appointments, helping with medication and personal care as well as lots of fun, like days out and holidays.
Everything we do is aimed at providing the very best quality and person-centred support in the right location at the right time, making a real difference for the people and communities we support.
We use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support.
