You will: Be an excellent classroom practitioner (mainstream teachers welcome) Be responsible for planning and delivering profoundly personalized lessons Provide learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil’s needs Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Work with their Careers advisor to coordinate Careers advice and Guidance Contribute to our profoundly personalised curriculum Ensure the Gatsby Benchmarks are upheld Lead on sourcing dynamic work placements and experiences for young people Lead on the Supported Internship programme, ensuring that EHCPs are appropriately integrated into a young person’s SI programme.
