Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a Residential setting. This position requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we support through compassionate assistance and skilled support.
Duties
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
* Support clients with medication administration.
* Engage in meaningful activities with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
* Drive clients to appointments or social outings when necessary.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for providing care and support to individuals in need is essential.
* Previous experience as a support worker is desirable, however, it is not essential as training is provided.
* Knowledge of medication administration protocols is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* A valid driving license is advantageous for transportation duties.

* Care Certificate (£100)
