We have an exciting opportunity in the Urgent and Emergency Care CYP&F Service for a motivated leader to join our team. The successful applicant must be transformational in their practice and be skilled at developing quality services that are coproduced with stakeholders - including children, young people and their families.
Managing people, leading on projects, quality management and service design are key areas to showcase your knowledge and skills (some may be transferrable), Support the Head of Clinical Service in the operational delivery of safe and effective clinical services, providing leadership, support, supervision, appraisal and performance management to qualified and support staff, liaising closely with other health teams, Social Services and Voluntary Agencies to maximise service provision and optimise patient care.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
