SER Limited in Blackburn are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
The ideal candidate will be trained to:
• Credit Control
• Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Creating managing weekly and monthly reporting
• Marketing
• General Administrative duties
• Answering calls
• Raising Invoices
• Credit Control
• Using spreadsheets to enter each invoice
• Inputting purchase invoices and scheduling payment day
• Inputting all purchase receipts onto an account package
• Reconciling payments to invoices to produce trial balance
• Compile and run salaries for month payroll
• Complete CIS monthly reports
• Complete National Insurance report
• Sort and upload NOW pension reports monthly

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm / breaks am & pm / 45 minutes lunch (unpaid) / 30 hours per week
