What skills and experience we're looking for
As the Executive Headteacher, you will promote and uphold the Trust’s values and ethos throughout the schools and the wider community, setting high expectations for all pupils. You will be responsible for leading school improvement strategies across the Trust’s schools and developing teaching and learning.
You will focus on driving school improvement initiatives post Ofsted. You will ensure that both schools deliver an enriching curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners and promotes an inclusive culture within the schools and the community.
