Office Manager Location: Just East of York - must be a driver Job Type: Full-time with hybrid working Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm with 30 min lunch break Salary: Circa 25k We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to oversee the administration of various functions for our client a progressive and expanding business. This role is pivotal as it involves taking over responsibilities currently managed by the Managing Director. The successful candidate will work closely with key operational managers and receive support from accountants regarding financial aspects. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and oversee the administration of purchase orders including ingredients, packaging, office, and factory supplies. Handle the raising and management of sales orders. Receive and log purchase invoices. Raise and manage sales invoices. Potentially work independently in the office while being supported by the Managing Director, Factory Manager, and Technical/Production Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager/Administrator or similar role, ideally within a similar industry. Ability to perform and manage administrative functions independently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
