As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering technical support and IT solutions to schools. Basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues ?? Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software and operating systems ?? Support system and user account setup, including password resets and permissions ?? Communicate confidently with schools to provide remote and onsite IT support ?? Learn to use troubleshooting tools (90% Windows & Chromebooks) and remote tools like Dato RMN ?? Gain experience with PowerShell and batch scripting for system administration ??
