We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Procurement team as a Supply Chain Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic team, supporting a range of procurement activities across our UK operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the UK vendor pre-qualification process, including issuing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) through our online portal. You will also conduct supplier evaluations and maintain an up-to-date supplier address book and supporting data. Additionally, you will manage and upload Stantec Subcontract agreements, ensuring all documents are current and accurate.
You will play a key role in the management of our in-house purchase-to-pay (ePL) system and assist with any future system enhancements. As part of the team, you will train and support users while also contributing to supply chain audits. Your expertise will be crucial in providing support to bids, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in the management and development of vendor agreements for indirect spend. You will also be involved in other procurement-related activities as required to support the wider team.
