Main duties of the job We are looking for an enthusiastic manager who will help shape and deliver our Surgical services. At Harefield hospital there is a long and distinguished history of delivering on innovations within surgery and at the core of our values is learning through research and education and sharing that learning. The Senior service manager will be key in ensuring the continued progress of services and the delivery of key performance indicators. You must have a proven track record of service improvement and be proficient in the use of data analysis systems.
