Are you a hands-on technical specialist with a passion for process improvement and system optimisation? We're looking for a Technical ERP Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Witney, Oxfordshire.
This is a hybrid role, offering a unique opportunity to play a key part in the design, development, and deployment of our ERP systems – starting with purchasing and inventory control and scaling up to full production and quality workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Initially, your focus will be on:
1. Raising and managing Purchase Orders

3. Overseeing and optimising inventory control processes
As the business grows and our ERP system evolves, your role will expand into:

3. Setting up and managing work orders
4. Integrating quality and continuous improvement (Q+S) processes
5. Identifying areas for process optimisation and system enhancement
This is a technical role – not a consultancy post – and you’ll be embedded within the operational side of the business, working closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
About You:
1. Proven experience in ERP implementation and system management, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
2. Comfortable working hands-on with technical systems and interfacing with platforms like QuickBooks
3. Familiar with inventory control and purchasing workflows
4. Exposure to MRP, work order management, and quality systems is highly desirable
5. A problem-solver who enjoys refining processes and building scalable systems
6. Able to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally
What’s in It for You?
1. Competitive salary between £40,000 – £65,000, with flexibility based on your experience and skill set
2. Hybrid working setup – a balance of on-site and remote working
3. Join a growing business at a pivotal stage of system transformation
4. Real ownership and input in shaping how ERP supports our future operations
