Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time
Role
PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join our progressive commercial team based in Aberdeen on a full time, employee basis. This is an entry level role where full training will be provided. As the Commercial Assistant, you will:
1. Provide various regular reports to Management on Commercial statistics
2. Be responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
3. Provide regular support to Cost Engineers on Project Costs
4. Adhere to the company integrated management system. Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
5. Provide ad-hoc reports as required for Projects / Management
6. Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example
7. Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
8. Provide support in maintenance of company systems / tools to reflect / track client contracts and vendor contracts
9. Adhere to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties
10. Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example

About You
This position would be well suited to an individual with related experience or that has recently completed a formal scheme and looking to broaden their experience. The successful candidate would ideally be educated to Standard Grade Level or equivalent with passes in Mathematics and English and be competent in the use of MS applications especially excel.
