We’re excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our two EBD homes in Derby and Burton on Trent! This role is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations while nurturing a positive, stable environment for our young people and supportive team.

What We’re Looking for in a Dual Registered Manager:
* A minimum of 5 years in a role relevant to residential childcare, with at least 2 years of supervisory and management experience.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* A recent Ofsted inspection rating of “Good” or “Outstanding.”

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
