Job Purpose: Ensure the effective implementation of change processes. Oversee the maintenance of the product configurator and manage data control. Evaluate risks and initiate appropriate mitigation strategies. Foster collaboration between departments and business units. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities related to changes proposed by Engineering, ensuring clear communication across the business and minimising any production impacts. Ensure smooth implementation of changes in production, minimising obsolescence and cost impacts, while registering all implementations in the system. Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of internal processes, with a focus on enhancing automation. Collaborate on improving workflows within Teamcenter and the MRP system to help Engineering and the Business reduce the time required for changes to progress from initiation to completion. Keep the Configurator team updated on any impacts to the Product Configurator and Customer Orders, while supporting data control updates and maintenance within the MRP system. Quality & Environmental Responsibilities: A Change Coordinator is responsible for managing, ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality and environmental procedures, records, and documents relevant to their role.
