Role: HGV Class 2 Drivers
Location: Orpington
Hours: 6am start - Monday to Friday - no weekends
Pay: £16.00 per hour - overtime after 8 hours at £24 per hour
Extrastaff are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers, working for the largest independent flooring wholesaler in the Southern & South-eastern regions of England.
HGV Class 2 Driver Duties:
- Multi-drop deliveries - inclusive of London
- Carpet & palletised flooring deliveries
- Use of pump truck & ratchet straps
- Completion of paperwork & use of PDA system #
Requirements for HGV Class 2 Driver:
- HGV Class 2 licence (C category) - max 6 points on licence (cannot accept any DD, DR, or DG offences)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Good customer service skills
- Reliability
- Good communication skills
- Previous delivery driving experience
