Client Services Administrator/Bond Administrator
To provide effective and efficient client servicing, which meets the client’s requirements within Client Services standards and procedures.
Ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are met including the FCA’s Conduct Rules and Principles.

* Financial industry experience
* WRAP platform knowledge beneficial
* Bond administration experience beneficial
Principal Job Objectives
* Provide a personal service to clients from initial request to resolution either by telephone or post.
* Provide point of contact for Independent Financial Advisers.
* Assist the Administration Team Leader, in the effective management of the client account.
* Process client requests e.g. new business input, change of address, valuations, encashment and deaths and respond accordingly. Obtain specialist technical support to resolve enquiries as required.
* Follow departmental procedures and practices to provide clients with a consistently high level of service in a timely and accurate manner and in line with agreed quality standards.
* Process work within agreed service standards.
* Work towards agreed objectives as part of the appraisal process.
* Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, Money laundering, FCA rules and consumer duty.
* Produce management information, as determined by our client.
* Attend and contribute to team meetings as required.
* Refer ex gratia requests to the Complaints / Compliance team.
* Ensure high levels of flexibility within the company as and when is needed.
* Adopt the ISMS culture, adhere to the company objectives and uphold all security measures in place to maintain our ISO27001 accreditation.
Essential knowledge and experience required at recruitment
* At least 3 years within an office environment carrying out an administrative role.
* Minimum qualifications of GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Strong communicational skills including a professional telephone manner.
* Good inter-personal, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work, at times, in a pressurised and fast moving environment.
* Ability to adapt to change with a flexible approach.
* Some knowledge of Investment Administration (preferred).
* Experience of working within the Financial Services Industry.
Additional knowledge required to become fully competent
* Working and technical knowledge of Life Assurance Bonds.
* Working and technical knowledge of Private Client Fund Administration.
