You’ll get to: learn about our products and front-to-back processes to support highly structured or non-standard transactions support new or emerging business areas by identifying limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this affects risks, identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps Your team You’ll be working in investment banking operations, the backbone of our organization. We’re responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency. We collaborate across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management to enhance our front-to-back delivery, while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who: has completed their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2023 and September 2025, and has achieved ABB grades as well as GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language (Grade 5) and Mathematics (Grade 6) has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. You’ll begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship and move onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship. It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
