People Services at TSB sits within HR and is made up of smaller teams such as Payroll, HR Solutions, Recruitment and Advice. How you’ll make a difference Our Assistant Solutions Manager, Payroll and Change is an exciting opportunity to cover operational payroll management for the first 6 months in role and then in our HR Solutions team. You will deliver personalised colleague journeys across TSB. This includes preparing for and supporting delivery of our HR systems and payroll migration to the Cloud. Your brilliant operational payroll knowledge will be key in successfully delivering this change. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset to drive simplification and creative solutions. You’ll also have played a pivotal role in a major change programme, preferably working in the payroll workstream.
