About the role
Whether you're new to supporting someone with a learning disability, or experienced, you'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve. You’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves people’s ability to manage daily tasks and enables them to experience independent living and decision-making.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for adults with learning disabilities. Willingness to undergo training to support people supported with specific health needs
Experience or knowledge of using communication methods for people supported with hearing impairments is desirable.
Your rewards
Full and part time posts are available, with a full-time basic salary of £23,861
Earn approximately an additional £3,000 per year by completing 1 weekly sleep-in shift £6,000 for 2 sleep-in shifts a week!
Availability of overtime - e.g., 1 extra shift per week can earn you an additional £4,000 per year
Holiday Scheme: Annual leave starting at 22 days, plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 26 days)
DBS Certificate: Costs covered by the company
Sleep-in Shifts: Paid at £60 per night in addition to basic salary
Occupational Sick Pay: Up to 3 months full pay and 3 months half pay
Induction, Support, and Development: Fully funded comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and qualification in Health & Social Care
