You'll also be the first point of contact for staff HR queries, escalating complex matters as needed. Key Responsibilities: ? Payroll & HR Admin - Process payroll changes, pay claims & contract variations ? Recruitment & Onboarding - Organise pre-employment checks & support hiring managers ?
