The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resources for over 35 years. We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to work on our Openreach contract.
In your role you will be responsible for:
1. Database entry of daily works completed by Operations on to our Database in order to calculate the weekly wages of crews
2. Highlighting anomalies such as missing timesheets and following up daily with Site Managers
3. Ensuring all necessary documents/additional cost approvals are on the database
4. Submission of completed works to Clients
5. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
6. Good communication skills - to be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organisation
7. PC literate with good keyboard skills, prior use of databases and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
8. Good attention to detail
9. Flexible and able to manage priorities in demanding time scales
10. Accessing databases to obtain information for the department
11. Liaise with staff in other departments
12. Produce and maintain excel spreadsheets when required by colleagues
13. Any other duties required for the Finance Team.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
1. Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
2. Recognised academic training
3. Working knowledge of PC systems
4. Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology
5. Able to organise and prioritise work/tasks
6. Well developed, client facing skills with a client orientated approach
