If you're driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future, we’d love to hear from you About the role We’re looking for a proactive and focussed individual to join our Recharging team, within the wider Bureau and Recharging department. As Recharging Analyst within Optimised, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery. Due to the specialism of working with meters and associated data, someone with experience either within a similar role or the industry in general would be preferred, however we do see the potential of transferable skills here. We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. What you’ll actually do Provide an excellent client experience to internal and external stakeholders by handling queries via all typical channels in line with internal KPI’s Complete invoice checks and tariff-based validation on all components of electricity, gas, water, heating and cooling invoices Generate batches of invoices, analysing the cost and consumption against previous periods, and looking for and reviewing anomalies Keep query and savings logs up to date, raising queries and resolving errors with suppliers when invoices are incorrect Produce weekly batch files for clients to process payments Process and following up on change of tenancies.
