ABOUT US:
Bron Yr Aur is a mission-driven social enterprise and the world’s first creative micronation rooted in creativity, sustainability, and well-being. We're building a global community through both physical and digital experiences. We are creating an intentionally diverse and inclusive global community that will form creative partnerships far and wide to provide benefits to our citizens. We will donate 5% of our Profits/GDP to good causes both locally and globally. A further 5% of our profits will go towards subsidising and providing free citizenship, which will allow large numbers of global citizens to access online and real-world well-being resources.
What are we looking for?
We're seeking a dedicated and proactive volunteer to support community building and drive interest in our early-stage subscription and founder models. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, and passionate about building something meaningful from the ground up.
ROLE PURPOSE:
We're looking for a proactive communicator and creative thinker to help grow our online community and build early interest in our global creative micro-nation.
Your mission is to:
1. Drive growth across social media platforms
2. Build and nurture an engaged community of active members
3. Increase traffic between social channels and www.bronyraur.com
4. Expand our mailing list signups
5. Convert social followers into active community members
6. Create compelling content that tells our unique story
7. Foster meaningful engagement within our creative micro-nation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth & Community Building:
1. Implement strategies to grow social media following
2. Drive mailing list signups through engaging content
3. Convert followers into active community members
4. Build meaningful connections between members
5. Create engaging community discussions
Content & Social Media:
1. Create platform-specific content
2. Drive traffic to www.bronyraur.com
3. Develop email newsletter content
4. Design social media graphics
Visual Communication:
1. Create platform-specific graphics
2. Maintain consistent brand aesthetic
3. Develop visual storytelling elements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Proven copywriting abilities
2. Community management expertise
3. Passion for creativity, sustainability, and well-being
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Facebook platform expertise
2. Experience using social media management tools
3. Facebook Community page management or similar
4. Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
